PISTON EXTRUDER - 232 DT MODEL

The 232-DT series extruder has been designed to meet a wide range of
requirements for high pressure extrusion of such materials as ceramics,
ferrites, tungsten carbides, powdered metals and other materials in
practically every shape.
This includes rods, machine components and honeycomb catalytics. The extruders are also controlled by PLC and use either push buttons, visual touch screens, or PC s as input devices. This is dependent upon the type of extruder purchased; basic, semiautomatic or full automatic. The company has designed a precision closed loop system for use in our extruders, which allow the accurate control of consistent piston motion and pressure. |
